I had the worst service ever at this restaurant. They are clearly short-staffed and don’t seem to respond to any inquiries. Blaming COVID can only go so far. I placed my order online, but when I arrived to pick it up, the doors were locked, and only the drive-thru was open, with over 20 cars waiting in line. The whole point of ordering online is to have your food ready for pickup. I’m still waiting for a refund for the meal I never received. I will no longer be a customer here. The service was terrible, and I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

Bad costume service, Dine in the room was nearby and there was a sign many people waiting on line the staff ignored us and I asked from drive-tru windows to Carlos and he gave me attitude and close the window in my face I asked to talk to the manager Carmen again and she told me she was busy to help a costumer at this moment? re waited for 30 minutes and they have helped no one is a bad costume service that I have received in my life. I would never come back

This restaurant was noticeably dirty, with floors and counters needing a deep cleaning. The customer service was also below expectations. The restroom was especially disappointing—it was filthy and lacked both hand soap and paper towels. It’s troubling to consider how the food preparation staff maintain proper hygiene. This place was REALLY dirty. The floors and counters needed a good cleaning. The customer service is also poor. What was really gross and disappointing was the restroom. It was filthy and it had no hand soap and paper towels. How do employees thatare cooking the food wash their hands?? Never going back here. Nothing against Pollo Loco...I really love their burritos. I've never tried the drive thru. But inside is a caos. A lot of employees taking, giggling, even the manager. They dispatch the order when they want. There's a gentleman here that has been waiting for more than 20 minutes for his order. I been here for 15minutes now... I gave only one star because of the food itself.

Burned chicken!!! Ordered the chicken nachos and chicken was charred!!! Not acceptable. Did not get any napkins either. Imagine the taste. I had to throw them away. Too bad I was already on freeway when my husband saw this meal!!! It?s not the first time pollo loco has given us old burned chicken!!! Disappointed

We waited in line at the drive through for 25 minutes with just one car ahead of us.When we finally got out food, the crust for the chicken salad had a rancid flavor that left a horrible taste in your mouth. The oil it was fried in was bad and made the entire dish disgusting.

My curbside pickup was inaccurate and the face me zero utensils for our salads and no napkins. I get it, it's hard times but also the salsa cup was 20% filled : look at my images, it's ridiculous. Food was good, service terrible. Reserva una mesa ahora

The Winnetka location is disappointing. The service is slow, and the chicken I received was overcooked and so dry it was like jerky.
