Update to 1/15/22 2:12 Essen was good, but the customer service was missing. I asked propulsion thru visitors what came with the chicken tortilla soup - she said a mixture of: cheese, cilantro and tortilla strips; I said great. Arrived in the window, and said thank--no answer from the drive-thru window staff (cannot hear me). She gave me my food; never said thank you. The line was not long as it was between great traffic times. I'm sure there's no corporate policy not to thank a girl if there are many ways I choose to eat. I also spend my money, which helps to pay for the salaries of employees, and if I and others, not protected El Pollo Loco, then this employee would not have a job, let alo...
