I carefully went over my order three times with the person on the phone, confirming that I wanted a sashimi salad, sushi, and a bento box. After driving out to pick up the order, I discovered that they had given me a seaweed salad instead. When I called to ask what happened, they simply said, "Oh, sorry." I reiterated the order, but they kept apologizing without taking accountability. Eventually, they put someone else on the line who informed me that I could drive back, return the seaweed salad, and pay the difference for the sashimi salad. Unbelievable! We came here on a Thursday night at around 8pm and the wait wasn't bad at all! we waited for about 10 minutes before we got called. 1. Lemon Pepper Salmon Roll I really liked this! It's a California roll with seared salmon pieces on top with lemon. It reminded me of the seared salmon roll from Kura sushi. For about $13, the price is alright it's about the average cost of sushi around this area. 2. Dragon Roll This was a California roll with eel on top and it was also very delicious. Every roll was very consistent and it had plenty of crab meat in each roll! Overall a great pick for sushi if you're in the area. This is my third time going and it never fails to disappoint.
An enjoyable takeout experience and good quality sushi at a decent price. This shopping plaza was surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods and green parks with trees. The rolls were fantastic and the chirashi was pretty good. I'm docking a star because they weren't too generous with the amount of fish in the chirashi, though everything was of good quality and the salmon was very tender. Note that the baby lobster roll actually has baby crawfish and not lobster on top. They also didn't give free ice cream with my Yelp check-in because we didn't dine in. We'll simply need to return to eat in person!

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered sushi to go, and I'm not sure if the cashier was upset about me not tipping on a takeout order, but her attitude was unacceptable. I paid $19 for edamame, a fried California roll, and a soda, and despite my repeated "please" and "thank you," she hardly acknowledged me. When I asked for spicy mayo and eel sauce as she handed me my food, she rolled her eyes at me. This type of service is definitely enough to make me decide not to return.
The sushi was fantastic, and I highly recommend the Pomona sushi. The avocado was fresh and flavorful. The staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely love this place, so I'm giving it a full 5 stars! However, I ran into an issue with their posted business hours. It said they were open, but when I called, they informed me they were actually closed. I'm really disappointed that I can't get my sushi fix today. Business owner, please update the hours on this page!
