O Sushi Grill - Reserva de mesa

I moved to the area about 4 years ago when I first tried this restaurant and honestly, I was not impressed during my first visit. I distinctly remember trying it again during the pandemic. I had oysters that time and they were horrible so I thought I would never go back. However, it's close to home and very convenient for me so I decided to give it another chance, post-pandemic, and it was excellent. I've been back 4 or more times after that and the restaurant has been consistently great so I am glad that I gave it another chance. The sushi has been so fresh, the rolls are delicious, the service is fast friendly, and the atmosphere is very quaint. There are some other local sushi restaurants...

I visited O Sushi Grill for the first time last week. I entered the restaurant for a take out order. The first person (a young female) who saw me did not bother to greet nor acknowledge me. The second person (older female) that came to the counter did not greet or acknowledge me either. I asked her if I could place my order she told me to wait until she returned. However, she acknowledged other customers as they were leaving and left me waiting even longer. I love Japanese food, and frequent Little Tokyo in San Dimas. The staff there are professional, kind, and acknowledge each customer. In comparison, the O Sushi Grill staff did not treat me professionally as a customer. I will not return.

We've lived near this restaurant for many years, but it wasn't until the last couple of years that we started eating sushi. Once we gave it a try, we began visiting OSushi several times a week. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with meals arriving quickly. We've compared OSushi to many highly-rated restaurants both in and out of the area, but everything about it is so exceptional that we see no reason to go elsewhere. This place is our absolute favorite!

Located in a charming neighborhood mall in San Dimas Hills, this is the sole Japanese restaurant in the area. The bento sets on the menu offer great value for the price. I recommend opting for the cooked dishes or rolls instead of the sushi or sashimi. The service was excellent, and there is ample parking available in the shopping mall lot. Reserva una mesa ahora

First time here. Ordered for pick up inside. It was a 10 minute wait so decided to take a seat outside. The girl who attended to me inside at the front register came outside to give me my order a water. It was a very hot day so I greatly appreciated the kind gesture. Good tempura rolls and customer service. Will be coming back.

The baby lobster seemed like it was a day old—dried out and possibly overcooked. The stuffed jalapeños were just average, and the spicy edamame was only decent. The quality has dropped significantly since my last visit. I'm really disappointed; this used to be one of my favorites.

Poor customer service. Only went to pick up food and the main lady here was rude, choppy, and seemed to want me out. Will not come here again.
