this restaurant normally has good food. however everything was freezing cold including the cheese dip that I had to microwave just to give to my child to eat. the shrimp and the vegetables in my fajitas were also cold. I also ordered Sopapilla which is normally delicious it is supposed to be a fried tortilla with cinnamon and honey and sugar on it. instead what I got is pictured below. someone thought it would be a good idea to pour really nasty chocolate sauce all over the tortilla instead of putting honey and cinnamon and sugar on it and some type of strawberry jam flavored sauce in addition to that. we cant eat this it is disgusting. my son who will eat anything sweet normally would not e...
Unquestionably the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been at. First of all, they add an automatic tip of 18% to your bill without telling you. No matter the party size and it was my wife and myself. Nothing comes with your food. It?s all an extracharge. So if you get a taco which usually comes with tomato and lettuce they charge you $2.00 for each one. A small cheese dipwas $6.00! So two of us ate from a lunch menu which is supposed to be a deal and we ended up paying $61.00!!!!! And we had noalcohol or beer. And to top it off, after we reviewed the bill with the server and asked about the 18% gratuity. He pointed to asmall hand written sign on the door which says it?s automatically added...
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Not only is the manager racist, the whole staff is. They?re rude and the food is terrible. They were saying slick micro aggressions to me and my friends the whole time and implying that we didn?tplan to pay before the bill even came. I truly believe that the added-in gratuity fee gives them the audacity to treat customershow ever they want. It was an unreal and hurtful experience and, Do not eat here.
Our waiter was no friendly at all. No smile straight face like he didn't won't to be there. And we couldn't hear him talk while he was taken our order or checking on us. Which that took a long time. I guess since they take the tip out already we ascustomer get bad service! Thats why people don't tip!

I found a fly in my salad, and when I brought it to the manager's attention, he laughed in our faces and refused to give us a refund. It was absolutely disgusting. The customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
Has been a long time since I had been mostly because I had moved to Chattanooga. Loved the old location in the plaza on Poplar. Food is still great, service was ok, something was missing in the atmosphere. But still a great eat!
The robot waiter was the highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, the service was lacking, and the food was cold—especially the soup, which was definitely lacking. The place was fairly clean, but I probably won’t be returning.
We visited for Lunch. Service was on Point. Our Food was served Hot. Everything was Good. However the Aesthetic needs rethought and a thorough cleaning. Oh.. And Gratuity was automatically added for a table of 2.

Consistently great. Prices and portion sizes are always fair. They are willing to accommodate special requests. Overall, one of my top favorite restaurants!
I was craving Mexican food and this place was the closest option. I decided to stop by for some fajitas, and I must say I got great value for my money!
