Hermoso restaurante que no esperábamos encontrar en Chimiche. Fuimos a hacer una visita porque ya lo teníamos en nuestro radar desde hace tiempo, y no decepcionó. Tienen un menú de degustación por 58 € (agosto de 2023) muy ajustado en precio para la calidad que ofrece; vale la pena conocer el restaurante. El único inconveniente es que el servicio nos pareció algo lento. Entramos a la 1:00 p.m. y salimos a las 5:00 p.m. Es cierto que para un menú de degustación se suele considerar que lleva entre 2 y 3 horas, pero en esta ocasión la espera entre platos fue demasiado larga y, especialmente hacia el final del menú, el tiempo se prolongó. Pedimos el menú degustación (€58) y pensamos que estaba bien de precio por la cantidad de platos que ofrecían. El servicio fue muy bueno. Entre los platillos, el carpaccio, el pescado y el postre fueron excelentes. Le puse 3 estrellas porque la carne no estaba bien; era dura y sin sabor. Además, no me agradó el detalle de cobrar por el pan en el menú degustación.
