Family member purchased a fish and shrimp caldo to go last night and found metal pieces in it as pictured here. She took it back right before they closed and was told they would let the manager know and he'd call her back the next day. The next morning the manager calls her and he reacts as if it's no biggie. He said it was part of the metal sponge they use to clean the pots and that it's happened before. He did not offer and apology and instead just dealt with it as if it was no biggie.
