El Torero - Reserva de mesa

I've been based 3 years in Walldorf and the el Torero is probably the best place to have a decent dinner while you stay in SAP city. The sea food plates are spectacular but also pretty affordable (18 EUR)! The owners are from Galicia and their hospitality is impressive. You will immediately feel at home. The place is a bit remote (1.4 km from the city center) and the neighborhood is rather residential. We are a German Brazilian family not easy to impress wrt seafood but El Dorado did!

One of the trickiest restaurants I've ever had to find (Yes, it is located in the middle of a housing complex beside a playground) but I'm glad we did. Owner is probably the nicest guy I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Live music the night we were there and something on the menu for everyone. Could not fault it one bit! Food is authentic and tasty. If you fancy a change of the heavy German cuisine, I would certainly recommend as a solo or group trip.

The location is kind of hidden in the small town. Without a car, it could be difficult to reach. But it's definitely worth the effort. I went there with my friends and we ordered Paella, which you don't always get it in every Spanish restaurant in Germany. A big pan filled with seafood just looks gorgeous. After we finish it all, we already start talking about the next visit! Highly recommended!

We had family dinner on a Sunday night. The place was busy so service was quite busy as well. Ordered within time though and the waitress was very friendly. Unfortunately our food took 1,5 hours and the quality was below expectations. We won't go back! Reserva una mesa ahora

'El Torero' is a beautiful Spanish restaurant in Walldorf, where there are really very good 'Paella', but also German dishes like 'Putenschnitzel with Pommes'. The staff is friendly and the food comes quickly!

Considering this is a small pub/restaurant like place in the middle of dry-land without direct access to sea, the fish plate and the seafood plate has always been a great treat.

Spanish tapas a nice change from the hofbraus of the area. Tapas are tasty for the most part but not cheap. Seafood salad was disappointing.

Friendly staff, delicious food, nice environment, large parking place. What more can you ask for for a wonderful dinner?
