Went for Brunch buffet the Sunday before Christmas. Very busy and kitchen had a hard time keeping up but that was to be expected. When food made it to the line it was terrific and hot, just gone in 30 seconds. Our party of 10 had probably the best service I have ever had including the Savoy in London. The problem was a party of about 25 next to us who obviously had enjoyed the free Mimosas but we got through it and enjoyed the blissful quiet after they left. I would recommend it, but perhaps not for a largish party.
Our server was great. The food was terrible. Seemed like ET Tustin was not prepared for what ET corp advertised. The tri tip was over cooked, and dry. The carved ham was cold. A server was attempting to man the carving station while still serving in his section. The chef making tortillas also tried (and kind of succeeded). Management stood by and seemed overwhelmed and made no attempt to step up and help. Major Fail.
The food was not good. It looked and tasted like it had been cooked a long time before and been left out Warmed up again. The tortilla on the enchiladas was hard and the salsa on top had even dried out. My husbands chille relleno was so flat and on top of what tasted like canned beans. An unfortunate experience.
there was no greeting when we advise, there were food options. that had marginal taste. the floor was sticky with food residues. the men's bedroom was made of toilet paper and the floor was dirty. obviously there is little visibility through the management. will never go back.

our server was excellent and eating was good, except the chips were overdue. Unfortunately, this situation has seen much better days and needs a great overhaul. old and dirty. will not be back until it is cleaned.
it was christmas night and the restaurant overbooked their reservations. we eat in the bar and had great service and great eating.
really poor service and eating were left over a buffet. no veggies in my fajita and milk of pasta was lazy.
Good Mexican cuisine and attentive wait staff. Helps to make a reservation to avoid long wait times.

Christmas brunch, expensive for what we got. Not many choices for Christmas morning.
