I used to be a loyal customer of this restaurant, but it seems like things have taken a turn for the worse in the last four months, possibly due to new management. Today’s visit was disappointing: the floor was sticky throughout the restaurant, there was an unpleasant smell, and one of the staff members didn't even acknowledge us. To make matters worse, my friend tried to use a text offer from corporate, but they refused to accept it. I had the same offer, which we receive regularly and have used before without issues. I really hope they consider bringing back Alex, Victor, and Diego, as things were so much better under their management. I may reconsider coming back in the future!
The portion sizes have decreased while the prices have gone up. Even when the menu displays a certain price, they will charge you differently. I get that inflation affects everyone, but there's no need to raise prices and reduce portion sizes at the same time. We ordered a boss burrito that was noticeably less filled than in the past; it was mostly beans. We also had chicken fajitas that consisted mostly of peppers and thinly sliced chicken. This used to be one of our favorite dining spots, but we won't be coming back until they address these problems.
its not that I don't recommend this place... just wasn't the best ambiance or experience.first time here on a Wednesday in Jan.. shocked no one else came in between 430 and 530pm.went to wash my hands and the bathroom was disgusting, smelled awful and it was out of all paper products.the food itself was good ... hot and your typical vegetarian dish.My server was sweet and prompt which was a big plus in my booknot worth going out of my way again
This restaurant is a true blessing. I lived in Cincinnati for a year with my partner, and El Toro quickly became our go-to spot for weekly date nights. I have to say, it really helped me through a difficult time in my life. The staff, the tequila, and the delicious boss burrito—it all just feels special every time we visit. A definite chef's kiss!

Great food, great atmosphere. We were looking for a nice spot for Mexican food and El Toro Bravo was fantastic. Great prices and jumbo margaritas on a Saturday night for $7.99 were great too. They have a legend of a food runner too, he alone is worth the price of your meal. We will definitely be back
Service was ok, server was very sweet. However just be aware they will charge you for making your food to go and not tell you before hand. It's a small fee however I have never heard of a fee for having your food to go and I've worked in restaurants for over 5 years. Food is mediocre but not awful.
What a lively Cinco de Mayo! Well worth the wait! Great host and staff! Authentic and fresh. Love the white refined beans. So flavorful. Best tamales I've had since childhood. Made authentically with masa and flavorful red sauce. Guacamole is housemate and fresh that's yummy too!
Fantastic restaurant. The food was excellent with huge portions and the service was great. Luis was our server and he was very friendly and attentive. Many different flavor options for their jumbo margs. Will definitely be coming back.

Place is clean, food was adequate.We had a large party of 16 people and they did a wonderful job to accommodate us. The service was very good. Couldn't have picked a better spot at such short notice.
Absolutely amazing experience, the staff is incredibly friendly and the food was great. Went for my mom's birthday and they made it super memorable!
