I've been dining at this restaurant since it first opened in the other shopping center, and I used to enjoy it. However, the quality of both the service and the food has significantly declined in recent years. Today was the last straw for me; I would have preferred going to a much worse place. I returned my food and voiced my complaints, but I received no resolution. I will absolutely never return. With a large family, I spend a considerable amount of money there, but the management didn't seem to care at all. The food was good I’ll give it that, but the service was horrible. The waitress brought our drinks and took our order and then we never saw her again, even some guy had to bring us our food, never got drinks refills or chip refills or anything, our waitress just vanished. And they obviously don’t care about the building or what it looks like because up the whole hallway to the bathroom most of the wall is missing like someone went back there and started kicking the wall and punching the wall and they never fixed it and just left it

I absolutely love El Vallarta for its buffet, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available during my visit today. The waitress was very friendly, but I never received the churros I ordered. The restaurant is kept nice and cool, and the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a great dining atmosphere. I will definitely return on buffet days! I have to say El Vallarta is pretty good.I think one of the best things about it is the food and I highly recommend the Mushroom Quesadilla.The staff were also very polite. I think the bathrooms could be cleaner (Do not look at what’s written on the wall).Salsa is pretty decent.Nice paintings and music.It was a very good experience overall and I will definitely come again. Service and food was great my husband and I left a nice tip paid for our food with my debit card and they over charged my card I went back in to show them the text where they over charged me and they didn't fix they just made sure they were good and told me to call my bank to get it straightened out they will NEVER have to worry about that happening again

Love the food here. Food comes out hot, fresh and fast! Staff is very nice. Would recommend this place to others.
