Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Warm, friendly and very helpful staff. Antonio is the BEST!!! He makes sure that you are comfortable and that you have everything you need. He is very hospitable .The breakfast is really well laid out and the meals are delicious. The hot chocolate and mocha taste fabulous. I love hanging out at the PINK CORNER to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. I was impressed with the excellent customer service from Mr. Ameer Hamza Mughal. He greets guests with a smile and is always ready to address all concerns. He is a remarkable young man who demonstrates wonderful hospitality. Thank you Ameer. The hotel itself was really lovely, I was surprised and really pleased to see a separate gluten free area bread pre wrapped and cereal and there was a separate gluten free toaster, which for me was a complete bonus. The only downside was our room. The curtains need replacing as there's holes in them, one of the bedlights, actually attached to the bed, was broken, there's what appears to be a usb charger in the table which was broken, as in it was pushed through the hole in the table and the sink in the bathroom too forever to drain. These were niggles but didn't spoil our stay as it was somewhere to sleep. We've used Novotels before and will continue to do so.

Good location next to the train station. Even though the site advertises air conditioning there is no cold air that comes from the system, only heat. This happened in both our rooms. They were able to provide fans, but as a hot sleeper it was tough. Aside from that, it was a good hotel

Unfortunately our room was very dirty and worn out. The sofa bed was completely worn out. The children could hardly sleep. Our carpet was totally wet. So the whole room was not comfortable for us.
