Me quedé totalmente impresionada con el perfecto servicio y ambiente tranquilo en este encantador restaurante con vistas al lago de la las montañas cubiertas de nieve. We were just popping in for a quick meal as we'd driven over to Interlaken from France. We thought we'd just make things easy as we were tired and ordered some food at the SeeHotel restaurant which was called Elements. I was absolutely shocked at the perfect service and quiet ambience in this lovely restaurant looking out over the lake to the snow covered mountains. I choose the local organic steak with mustard crust and caramel risotto with vanilla. I was just stunned at the quality of the meat and as i live in Uruguay my meat tastes are excellent.
