As a student at the local college, I discovered a restaurant on campus run by a culinary program. Intrigued, I made a reservation for 11:00 and arrived a bit late at 11:05. The students were still in their team meeting but quickly noticed me and led me to a table in a quiet corner. The service was exceptional, with staff timing their approach perfectly. They cleared dishes the moment I finished, with impressive precision. I enjoyed the Roasted Carrot Soup and Moroccan Lamb Tagine, both well-prepared and flavorful.
