I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurante Elías, and it was an unforgettable experience! The Paella was arguably the best I've had in Spain cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and truly top notch quality. The chefs at Elías have mastered the art of Paella making, and it shows. But the excellence didn't stop there. The service was exceptional friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our server made great recommendations and ensured our glasses were always full. Lived in the local area for 8 years and only just made it to this culinary gem. Lots of local options, wood burning kitchen with open view as you enter the restaurant. Experiencia desastrosa. El jefe es grosero y maleducado. Muestra un desprecio asqueroso por sus trabajadores. Además, cuando estábamos preguntando, literalmente no nos dejó pedir más, porque así lo quería, muy a su pesar, y casi no hemos comido nada. Mi peor experiencia en un restaurante. Patético.
