I have always loved Pizza Man pizza. The ingredients are real, fresh, and hearty. The sauce is amazing and the crust is always satisfying. However, a pizza that sticks to the box because a pizza liner is forgotten, is over cooked or under cooked can really make for a bad experience. I have NEVER experienced this with Michael when he has prepared my pizza. He is, in my opinion and experience the best pizza chef I have ever had through the Pizza Man chain. He is verymeticulous about getting my order perfect and I have yet to be disappointed. I also want to give a shout out to Bill who delivers my pizza. He is expedient, careful with the pizza, and is excellent with directions. I order mostly during theweek days and have NEVER had an issue. These folks are excellent and highly recommend them. I hope they love their jobs, get paid well, and keep making great pizza!
I have ordered from Anoka pizza man for years and had excellent pizza and great service. I moved to Elk River less than a year ago and unfortunately have not had good experiences with this brach of the chain. Tonight was the final straw, ordered a pizza at 8pm and had ot delivered at 940, lukewarm. Called the business only to be told that they had several orders all at once and my order was in a warming bag. I gave 2 stars as the employee making the delivery chose not tocharge me so good customer service in that respect. Overall, will not be ordering from them again as there are other delivery services in the area.
Ordered a pizza online. Estimated that pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. Went to pick up and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutrs past the original time. I received my pizza hot out of the oven. Now my experiences at other pizza places did not prepare me for what happened next. I was offered a frozen pizza to take home at no charge. It is refreshing to know that they wanted to have a satisfied customer. Thank you for your concern for thiscustomer. The pizza was delicious and hot. We look forward to having many more in the future. Keep up the good work.
There was bit of a mix up with our delivery. After we called for a status on the pizza it showed up hot and they didn't charge us. Of course I still tipped the driver. I appreciate that they made it right even though it's just pizza and we weren't mad about it. For the record the pizza was bomb. We will be ordering from these guys again for sure.
