Went there for first time. Good food. Unfortunately, the customer service was bad. The younger blond girl that worked the counter had attitude when asked a question and confirmation about menu pricing. And the young guy who prepped the food and saidmy order was ready didn't even say, thank you. These two workers know absolutely nothing about customer service and respect.Therefore, although the restaurant has good food, I will neither return nor recommend Elm Pizza to anyone. There are many moreplaces in Western Mass for pizza without the attitudes.
Ordered a BBQ crispy chicken pizza for delivery. Took about 45 minutes but this was at Peak time and I found out that originally the order was made wrong so they took the extra time to make sure it was made right. The food came exactly how I wanted it and apretty good price. I would highly recommend.
Pizza? More like rubber with tomatoes and rotten milk. Very bad dough very chewy and rubbery like texture and it was fresh out the oven imagine it was delivery i would probably need new teeth by now. I wouldn't recommend ordering pizza from here but boneless wings were good.
I ordered a pizza, it was burned when I got there, they made me fresh and I got both for the price of a plus a $2 discount. You really know how to take care of your customers! And when I come home today, I have a pizza to soak the alcohol I will drink soon:D #prettyhappy

I've eaten nationally renowned and award winning pizza during my traveling. Elms supreme pizza is some of the best pizza I have ever had.
First time there and I will definitely be back. The mushroom, pepperoni and sausage pizza was delicious and I really liked the sauce!
Favorite pizza in Westfield. Friendly staff and delivery people. Very yummy pizza that tastes even better when reheated in the oven.

This is not an Italian or Greek pizza joint. Crust on pizza is awful. Chicken parm grinder was tough and tastless.
