"The hotel is nice . The first floor of the hotel is beautiful the waterfall and the trees . They had security quads actually walking around the hotel which was nice . The pool was a little cloudy but not bad . The free breakfast omelette station was wonderful. They did make a mistake with the rooms we had a group and were supposed to get rooms right next to each other and that didn't happen. We couldn't get a luggage cart checking out because everyone checks out at the same time. But overall a good place good time"

To start we arrived in town late so we called ahead of time to say we will be there by 2am and was told after 1am we couldn’t check in even though we told them run the card on file or can we check in from the app and was told no so we had to rush there then go back to get our belongings… then we asked for a late check out which is a benefit for gold members and was told we still have to pay or they can’t do it . But the main issue is the fact they had a dead bug in the breakfast and once a worker seen me taking pictures he came over not to change the food not even to take the dead bugs out but to mix the food around when I spoke to the manager Nancy she kept trying to tell me how it was changed once it was noticed but I telling her I watched an employee go behind me and mix it and 3 more people ate the eggs stating how I’m sure they have cameras and can watch it and I had to tell the omelette chef and he got it changed.. really disgusting by that and management. I threw everything always even if I didn’t see bug on it based on the fact I told the manager and she blamed guest coming in and out for the flies instead on taking responsibility and if a food and beverage manager can be careless with dead insects in the food how can I trust anything going on in the kitchen..definitely don’t plan on coming back here. The rooms was nice and also came with free snacks and drinks but still nasty

I have previously had positive experiences staying at various Embassy Suites, but my recent visit to this particular location left me feeling disappointed. The hotel appeared outdated and in need of renovation and deep cleaning. Many of the light fixtures in the courtyard area were not working, making it look dull and uninviting. The upholstery and carpets in my suite 's living room could have also benefited from some cleaning. Furthermore, the bathroom door knob was loose, and the shower head was rusting. What troubled me the most was the strong sewage smell in my elderly grandmother 's suite. Despite my request for a room change, the manager, Aparna, only sent the engineer and housekeeping to attempt to resolve the issue, which unfortunately proved unsuccessful. My aunt and grandmother had to endure the unpleasant conditions overnight and were only moved to another room the following afternoon. However, I would like to highlight that the sales team was accommodating and ensured that our event needs were met. The banquet staff, particularly Jessica, did an excellent job and worked hard. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit in the future.

We stayed at this hotel as a wedding group. This property is old, the room/bathroom was not clean either. The front desk staff Aparna Ravi was very rude while checking us in as we didn't get the room we had reserved in the Hilton App. There was a long line (approx. 20 min. wait) to get a made to order omelet for breakfast as there was only one person making them. There was no pen or notepad in the room either. There was no security in the parking lot, my nephew's car was broken into and they stole his wife's purse (there were no valuables in it though) and we had to deal with a broken window. The electrical outlet for the coffee maker and the light above it were not working in my sister's room. We called for service but they couldn't fix it, so they were making coffee in my room instead. I have stayed at much better Embassy Suites before.

It is 10:52 pm and there are kids still screaming/running in the halls. I picked this hotel based off name only, didnt check reviews, big mistake. We have stayed at Embassy Suites in Florida, Washington, and Puerto Rico multiple times, never have we seen anything even close to this.-Hotel is outdated and dirty.-Pool water was cloudy and cold.-There is what appears to be a fairly big religious retreat which included a bible/prayer study in the main area for everyone to see and hear. The overall feel is uncomfortable and dingy. This is not $223 a night hotel, its $100 a night and that might be pushing it. We are lucky to only be in town for one night. Do yourself the favor and DO NOT stay here.
