Embe Bakery - Reserva de mesa

The baked version of a bar of Gold! This quaint bakery of the edge of downtown Salt Spring is amazing. The workers are extremely friendly, and the food is even more delicious. We got an apple pie from the bakery for a friends birthday and it was delightful. The taste was smooth, just slightly tart, and just enough sweetness to blend the flavor together. They had a great selection, and had even had half priced bread that was just a day old!

I've been visiting Embe Bakery every time I've been to Ganges for the past 40 years. It's still located in the same spot and the food is just as amazing as ever. My personal favorites are the butter tarts and the chocolate-dipped peanut butter cookies. I highly recommend giving it a try!

A wide selection of baked goods and sweets. Unfortunately, some things looked stale when we went later in the day. Interior is a bit small, but there is outdoor patio seating. a pretty decently sized lot, and a bit on the edge of town, but still walkable from downtown core

This place offers a wonderful variety of chocolates and breads, along with an excellent selection of hot beverages. There's plenty of parking available as well. The hot chocolate is one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it! Reserva una mesa ahora

Embe Bakery is a wonderful spot to grab a quick snack or a loaf of freshly baked bread. The staff is consistently warm and welcoming! I love stopping by for a cozy hot drink and some gluten-free cookies, especially on a rainy day.
