Really tasty and diverse seasonal menus make this place a favorite of mine. This place is set up in a way where family style dining is ideal, but not necessary. They don 't try to being everything out at once. Things get thrown in the wood-fired over,grill, or fryer as there is time and delivered when done. So we kinda just treat it like a tapas place, but with biggerportions. I recommend the seared ahi tuna nachos . They 've always been on the menu when I have visited. Their pizzas are aboveaverage as well. Plus, they usually have some sort of wild-game protein worked into a couple dishes, whether in the form of asausage or burger or pasta dish. Last night we took friends to Ember. The experience was extraordinary. We shared plates and tried a variety of the menu. The service was sublime. Timing of the offerings were served flawlessly. Presentation of the food was elegant withperfection. It’s an experience we will share and always remember. Its definitely beyond a five star. It Royalty quality andservice!
We love Embers, but sadly they took off one of our very favorite meals…The steak salad. It was the best I’ve had. And although I like some other things, sometimes the menu items are a little different for my grandkids. So we have not been going the last year or so. We also loved the Chicken Palliard.
