Emerald City Smoothie

I ordered the Tropical Sunrise smoothie, topped with delicious peach, raspberry, and bee pollen, and I couldn't be happier! The smoothies at this shop are fantastic—the flavors are bold, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is excellent. Tania is wonderful, making every visit a five-star experience that keeps me coming back for more!

I went into the store today for the first time and Ester the girl working there who addressed me was extremely rude towards me. She seemed racist spoke to me like I was stupid No one should EVER be treated this way!! I won’t EVER go into this place again! This place needs to hire nicer staff that know how to respect others. ???

I’m a weekly customer and I often call in my order. 9 times out of 10 i’m having to shout just so they can hear me. THE MUSIC IS UNNECESSARILY LOUD. This aint a club, it’s a smoothie shop. On this particular occasion I tried calling in multiple times and they didn’t pick up simply because they couldn’t hear the phone ring.

I really appreciated the excellent customer service, and they were happy to answer all my questions about the menu. My drink was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a refreshing and delicious beverage. Great smoothies but the girls that work here assume it’s a strip club with the clothing they wear the loud rap music
