Completely awesome !!!!I frequently stay away and I mean frequently…. However, although I’ve known for some time how to do reviews, this is my first ever !!!I’m doing this cause the team here, led by a seriously professional general manager, have looked after me like I was royalty. My stay has been great while the restaurant is unbelievably good.In my words, the only place to stay in Emerald. 6 star
The food was quite good but the wait time was ridiculous. Just over an hour for a steak and salad. We were apologised to 5 times. Sorry for slow drinks. Sorry for slow meal delivery x 4.The ambiance was poor. Too many lights and very bright.The reason for slow everything was there was a function on. We got sidelined. BTW, no suggested free drink or anything to compensate. Shame.
Very nice motel building, room was clean and the bed was good. The owner Philippa is very nice friendly. 5 stars for the restaurant the meals Stonegrill were excellent the quality of the beef was outstanding. The only negative thing was, that the cups in the room were dirty which was no surprise since there was no dishwashing liquid and scourer provided.
I've stayed here twice now over the last 2 months. Both times the rooms have been clean, well layed out and have everything anyone could need but most impressively has been the kitchen. Their dinners are equivalent to some 5 star meals I've had in Sydney and Brisbane. Strongly recommend the tasting plate. Overall service has been unfaultable. Reserva una mesa ahora
The steak was cooked to perfection, and the pepper sauce was absolutely fantastic. My partner started with the Kilpatrick oysters and loved them so much that he had them again for dessert. The service was excellent, and I would rate the ambiance 5/5, the service 5/5, and the location 5/5. Highly recommend!
