We were seated outside, which made sense since the restaurant was clearly full. Fortunately, the evening weather was quite pleasant, and they even turned on the outdoor heaters for us later on. We had a party of seven, and our orders were taken quickly. Within about 15 minutes, our food arrived. I ordered the gnocchi, and it was absolutely amazing—so flavorful! Afterward, a few of us indulged in some desserts and coffee, which were also delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was very friendly and attentive, continually checking in on us. We ended up being the last ones to leave, and they were very accommodating, never rushing us. I can highly recommend this place!

A little quaint place positioned on a main street in Geelong. You wouldn't know it's here if you were not from Geelong. Luckily, we were invited by a local. Staff and service fantastic. Side dishes were delicious and a great selection of local wines and beers. I chose the rib eye steak as medium. Unfortunately, my steak was a little too medium to finish, but it was still lovely. All at our table thoroughly enjoyed their steak, which was cooked to their perfection. This means mine was just a simple underdone. This shouldn't put you off, still very enjoyable, and can clearly see its a locals favourite. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The friendly waitstaff were impressively attentive, always one step ahead with refilling drinks and clearing empty plates—no need to flag them down. The atmosphere was pleasant, with no need to shout over tables, creating a very relaxed vibe. One minor critique: my "Crocodile Dundee" steak knife could have been sharper. However, that didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment of the meal. I ordered the dry-aged steak, and to be honest, it didn't taste significantly different from a standard steak, but it was still very delicious. Just a heads up about the menu: the steaks are served without any sides, so keep that in mind. We found out that dining at Emerge can be quite expensive. Wow, the steak at Emerge is absolutely incredible! I don’t think you can find another place that serves such amazing steak. Their dry-aged steak is to die for—it's totally worth it if you’re a steak lover. The service is super friendly; the staff is very helpful and always checking in to make sure everything is going well during and after your meal. I highly recommend dining here!

Highlights for us were: Lamb shank crumbed, surprisingly good! Dry aged wagyu Scallops Sticky date We had a few other dishes but these ones were our favourite. Service was also excellent. Such a lovely experience, exceptional service and exceptional food. Highly recommend the wagyu fat hand cut chips and the crispy pork belly! And of course the steak with creamy mushroom was divine Reserva una mesa ahora
