While our waitress was very apologetic, which is why I rate it three stars instead of two, the bar manager—who appeared to be an older gentleman, perhaps named Steve—didn't seem welcoming. From the moment we suggested we wanted a table and a meal, his attitude suggested that he wasn’t particularly interested in accommodating us. Given his demeanor, I didn’t even bother to inquire about the drink that was supposed to come with the children's meal or the bill, which he seemed to calculate in his head and rounded off a bit arbitrarily.

The meals were classic pub fare that offered great value for money. My wife really enjoyed her steak, which was cooked to perfection. I opted for a hamburger, feeling a bit rushed due to the growing dinner line, and although I skipped the bread, the rest of the burger was fantastic. Definitely worth a try! I had read reviews about the bartender being a bit gruff, and I can see that he was under pressure, but he still served me as quickly as he could, and the beer and wine were excellent. This is our perspective.
which is for a rude unwilling person of publican. we asked for a meal and abruptly was said that we booked, it is celebrating what they expect. After we asked if we could sit outside, he said, yes, they can or there is an inside courtyard. Why didn't we just say that? all the other meals are good, but I got a roast of the day, but I think it was heated yesterday. I have starved. will not be back when he's still running the place.
I had an excellent experience at this Australian pub. The staff were incredibly friendly—extra points if you can get Steve to smile! The meal was wonderful, with the standout being the salad and veggie bar. The cauliflower and scalloped potatoes were particularly delicious. I can't wait to come back!

Excellent dinner at a quaint local pub. Was really busy, but staff all really nice. 3 of our group had steak….all were huge and tasty, with very generous sides. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
I love visiting this hotel whenever I get the chance to play pool and enjoy some beers. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is always cheerful.
