Placed an order for Christmas day pick-up nearly 32 hours in advance. They were happy to take my card details over the phone and have me pre-pay for the order. Christmas day arrives and I show up at the agreed-upon time for them to tell me we lost your order and haven 't even started making it yet . They weren 't sorry, apologetic or willing to discount the order or do anything to accommodate me and my entire family 's food order on CHRISTMAS day. Major bummer. They told me they lost their lease renewal and it (unfortunately) seems to be for the better. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra two miles down the road to Hunans.
