This is a place we frequently go to meet friends as it's very quite and cozy place. We love their lunch special which has a lot to offer with full meal and drinks. People are very friendly there and they know our entire family. This is like a neighbor upscale restaurant we visited the most. They offer both Taiwanese style food and fusion Westernized pasta and such. We always love the traditional Taiwanese dishes.
The restaurant is well-kept and clean. The weekday lunch special is only $10.99, which includes a main dish, three sides, a small dessert, and your choice of coffee or tea. We also tried the highly recommended German-style pork knuckle, which was very delicious.
Cute place. Why didn't I discover this sooner. The server was very patient. And the many many many rose related tea set were cute. I personally am not a big fan of rose. But the ambience is cute. Decor is probably Victorian Era. Def not modern or Tudor British.

This is one of the most authentic Taiwanese restaurants in the Bay Area. The lunch special is very affordable and delicious. The dinner plate has a generous portion, making it great for sharing with the family.
If you want a decent set lunch in Fremont that is tasty and very reasonable currently, look no further than Rose Cafe! Good food, delicious tea l, and friendly service in a relaxing English-style cafe!
Love the ambience. Service was sweet and friendly. Good 陽春麵 wasn't the typical flat noodles I know but was good, nevertheless. I would definitely revisit when I'm in town.
