Ennis Sunrise Cafe

It was nearly 2pm and I hadn't eaten all day. Stopped in to Ennis Café where they were still serving breakfast. Man, that sausage, onion, mushroom, and cheese omelet hit the spot. And then I spied a pie in a case from afar. It looked like huckleberry but I wasn't sure. It was. I got a piece to go for the road. Glad I stopped in!

I got a nice simple breakfast: 3 strips of bacon, 2 over easy eggs (cooked perfectly), hashbrowns, and wheat toast. It all came out fantastic. The owner (or whoever was working, but I think it was the owner) was awesome and got my order taken and out quick!

Super friendly owners with a happy lighthearted atmosphere! The food was outstanding! We will be going back for seconds!!! Keep your fork! You’ll want seconds too! It was just that good!

Good basic breakfast with eggs, sausage, hash browns, and omg a short stack! Nothing short about a short stack! 4 huge, hot flapjacks. I ate 1/4 of the stack, took the rest home. Reserva una mesa ahora

The Goldens Omelette is killer. Best omelette I’ve had hands down. If you come during the summer show up early! There’s a wait if not, but there’s a reason for that!

I love the Sunrise Cafe. Amazing food. Love the bakery treats as well. Ryan and Christina are the best. No better place then the Sunrise.
