facing the fenestrelle tower, the restaurant of the hotel d'entraigues occupies a remarkable location: from the superb small terrace on the 3rd floor, to the large stone rooms of the basement, the setting is styled. The kitchen also, the former head of the 7 counter gives free lessons to his talent: nams of lobsters, beignets of zucchini blossom, delicious bulbarb and grapefruit. Subtle accommodations, magnifying the flavors, we enjoy each other from beginning to end. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, so we wanted to go to a special place. the service was good and everything started well, the mouth was a gaspacho, quite pleasant but not very exciting. the entries were a wrap at the langoustine that was very good. I ordered a carpaccio of beef, which was accompanied by a kind of fried bean and a strange curry ratatouille, it was almost 2 in 1! not awesome. There's too much going on! We wondered why the waiter didn't ask how my husband wanted his beef net to be cooked, it was because he was served the wrong meal, so I ate my lobster alone while the confusion was being rectified. The lobster was well-presented, mainly a Dutch sauce on half a lobster...

Note that we only tested the aperitif dinatory formula on the terrace.First contact disappointing. Indeed, the terrace is on the fourth floor and when you arrive on the ground floor you are asked to order your drink before going up in order to limit the comings and goings of the staff, it is very strange, you have not enclosed the terrace! very exiguous terrace, beautiful view, attention to the windy days, you are hyperexposed of course. Take a little wool. Your plate is served there, it is the discovery because unique plate and you don't know in advance what it contains. That says, it's succulent! quality products and very well prepared. lacks a sweet touch like a small verrine for example....

all the potential rests on the chef who prepares good dishes, with good products. the situation is very good too, but it stops there. there is no terrace for dinner, the staff is efficient but very far below the expected level due to the prices (our server did not even understand our American tourist neighbours who asked him to take them in photo, instead of which he reserved them wine). the room is not very pleasant despite a very interesting vintage design furniture. After reading the other great views of the restaurant, we were very disappointed. the dining room, although with vaulted ceilings, lack of atmosphere. the service was ineffective, inattentive and seemed to have nothing to know of the dishes. The wine was correct. the belly flower entrance was good, but the horrible price for the size. the main lobster dish was a small portion, too cooked and uncleaned. I also tried the Iberian pig who was insipid and lacked creativity. After that, jumped the desert.

I am shared: the meal is very good (nems of lobster and lobster for me or beef for others;) the service coming but a little slow. The local wine at 35eur is very good. the restaurant room is typical but a pity that the restaurant does not enjoy a terrace. we took the aperitif on the terrace located on the toy but it is exiguous and drunk with tourists. globally, I who if a regular of 12s, the experience is interesting but the price is clearly above the market. ♪

We rented a house in uzès and decided to eat here after reading that the leader was from the area. food was very light and the chef used new ingredients in some traditional dishes. service was good and there was an international mix of customers. the only drawback was that it was a hot night and that there was no air conditioning and that the dining room barely attracted a child's game.

I ate there one night during my stay at the hotel. food was made with all local and high quality products. servers knew their wines and their food, which helped. very good choice for a gastronomic experience. Reserva una mesa ahora
