We are vegan and in fact, so are Jacky and Catherine Rivoire. Even their flour, sugar, mustard, pepper, vinegar, etc. are organic. Our dinner menu was Steamed Leeks in Soya Cream and Le Puy Lentils in a local mushroom, onion and tomato and red wine sauce (with French baguette bread of course), followed by a chocolate and rice milk with banana parfait.
