E+o Kitchen The Banks

The service at this restaurant was really bad. No one was rude but we were ignored the entire time. We sat down at 4:47. A server did not come to our table until 5:10ish and that was after we asked. Meanwhile, the people around us were sat significantly later and received their drinks and apps. The server hardly apologized. The restaurant was not particularly busy and we could see them all chatting instead of serving us. The tables are tight together and my husband was bumped a few times by a waiter (totally on accident. The server did not make recommendations or really seem interested in our experience at all. The food is tasty but overpriced for the lack of service. We will likely not return to this location. My drink was expensive and mid.

Made reservations here the other day. They were absolutely packed and they handled it so well. Got us right to our table. The bartenders were on point. The drinks were fantastic. The kitchen was excellent. The food was delicious. We will be back. The staff here was fantastic.

Had dinner her before a show at Andrew J Brady music center. Very convenient to park in the riverfront garage and walk. We got a starter and two rolls to share which were great but I'm excited to return and try some entrees
