From booking a table for my hubby, niece and nephew the experience was professional and excellent, lovely staff, clean tables and toilets. We had different mezes together with small dishes and just grazed' for a few hours laughing and sharing dishes together and enjoyed being...with each other after Covid. Every meal was so delicious especially the chicken. Food was exceptionally tasty, freshly cooked and plentiful wish we had an Ephesus restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. I cannot praise the food, staff and general experience. I can't wait to return and hand on heart' would recommend this lovely restaurant to everyone. Thank you all and please thank the chef for the bones.
Ephesus remains our favourite Turkish restaurant in Brighton and delighted us yet again over the Bank Holiday weekend. The kuzu kulbasti comes highly recommend. Tender cuts of meat with aromatic undertones linger on the taste buds. My partner praised the flavours all throughout the meal...and appeared to be having some sort of out of body experience. My vegetable moussaka was just as dreamy though. Aubergine and potato layers, combined with a fresh side salad, singing with pomegranate, were the perfect combination. Service is attentive and warm and the decor in the restaurant is awe inspiring. An absolute essential visit.
Firstly, their decoration are really distinct and truly give you the feeling of being in a modern Turkish establishment. Secondly, all members of staff that I interacted with were really nice and kind. I felt welcome while at the restaurant. Also, the food is amazing;...all of the food I tasted were masterpieces in their own right. Overall, a great restaurant. 5/5
If you would like a friendly, warm and high level of customer service this is the place to go. Every single waiter made me feel 8 was very important for their business, even though I was on my own. The food was really lovely and...the produce was fresh. I am really glad I picked this restaurant for my dinner.

Visited midweek for a lunch having heard/read good things about the place and glad I did. The chap at foh was very friendly and professional. The food was a taste of heaven and accompanied by some delicious fresh salad. Would recommend to anyone in Brighton...to pay a visit.
The food at this restaurant is incredible and the room service at Crystal is always top-notch. I highly recommend this place for their delicious food. We enjoyed the appetizers and main dishes.
Traditional Turkish food ,very well presented and great quality and portions all of which is very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.
