Update Ordered food on Sunday 8/29/21 and it was horrible!! Chicken broccoli was mediocre. Had to put the tough, under cooked and under seasoned ribs in my air fryer. The Orange chicken wasn't hot and not crispy, consistency was almost like when you heat it up the next day. The pork fried rice had very little pork and the rice was minced...... Total waste of money!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! My original post from last year: Placed an order thru grubhub. The food was excellent!! I'm pretty picky about chow mein...this had lots of shrimp and fresh tasting. I rarely order out because I usually end up being disappointed but so glad I ordered...I have a new favorite Chinese spot!!!
The options under the revolutionary diet (no oil) are delicious. The sauce is served on the side so you have nice steamed vegetables and you control the sauce. Both dishes were delicious. R5 Buddha Plus Sesame Tofu in Peanut Sauce (Snow Peas, Green Beans, Baby Corn, Mushrooms, Bean Sprouts and Broccoli Combined w. Sesame Tofu) I requested they make it spicy and they did. Perfectly. R7 Protein Trio of Scallops, Chicken,Jumbo Shrimp w. Snow Peas, Bean Sprouts Broccoli in Spicy Hunan Sauce*
Ordered twice last year and the food was excellent. Ordered Sunday and it was horrible. I had to put the tough, under cooked, under seasoned ribs in my air fryer to finish cooking them. The orange chicken must have sat for a while because it was warm and wasn't crispy, kinda tasted like it does when you heat up a fried dish the next day. Pork fried rice was pork less and the rice looked like it had been minced. NEVER AGAIN!!!
We've been ordering food from there for 18 years. I think new owners have taken over and it's just not the same. I ordered General Chow's chicken and I took a bit and they baked the chicken FAT pieces. Then I threw the rest of my plate and found 3 more roasted chicken fat cracks. I called and they weren't nice at all. I will never get food again (fried chicken fat from them. Check your food.
