Our group of 3 couples went to this restaurant on a Friday night specifically to experience the fixed 4-course menu prepared by the NAIT Culinary students. We arrived at 6:30 p.m and were disappointed to hear that all of the fixed 4-course meals were gone (there was a large private group in an adjoining meeting room that we suspected had snaffled all the meals.) We were told that we would need to order from the a la carte menu. We were disappointed because that was not our plan.We politely asked our pleasant young server to check with the kitchen staff to confirm that all of the special meals were gone and to at least bring us a copy of the special meal menu card so we could see what we miss...

We visited the restaurant on Wednesday night and found it to be nice and quiet. Our server Boyd was very attentive. The amuse bouche was fantastic, with a cracker topped with pfeffer and two small pieces of steak. The bungalow with sourdough and chives was a bit overwhelming for all of us, a smaller portion would have been better as none of us could finish it. I ordered the beet endive salad, which was tasty but could have used more endive. My husband had the coconut corn velouté soup, which was delicious but very thick. Our friend ordered the gnocchi 'Fondue', which was not as expected but still good. The main course of red curry 'Bouillabaisse' was small but tasty, though lacking in grille...

If you are searching for a high quality buffet look no further than the Friday buffet at Ernest's!The buffet is put on by the NAIT culinary students and they do an incredible job. There is a section for salads and appetizers, a section with a selection of hot food and a section of desserts. Everything I sampled was delicious- both in taste and in presentation. The menu changes every Friday so even if you become a regular, your dining experience will be different each time.Reservations are recommended. The Friday buffets run the course of the school year - September to April. The cost is $30.00 per person and includes a 15% gratuity Parking can be found across the street for different costs(t...

It's wonderful to see the Friday lunch buffet back after Covid. We recently visited and had a fabulous experience. There were so many different dishes available that it was impossible to try them all. The students had clearly put in hours of preparation and were rightly proud of their creations. The service was also exceptional, with all staff members working hard to ensure a great dining experience. We have been coming to Friday's buffet for a few years now and, just like our recent visit, have never been disappointed. All of this for $25 including tip and tax. Highly recommend making a reservation in advance. Reserva una mesa ahora

I went for my second visit last week. My first visit was years ago, but I never forgot what a great experience it was and this visit did not disappoint. It was the perfect dining out experience from the moment they took our coats to when we left. The food was exceptional and the service was prompt and friendly. We went for the Friday student buffet and the people I brought with me were impressed. The tables were nicely spaced out and the restaurant was not noisy. The price was $32.50, including tax and tip, which was convenient. It was a great meal with no hassle about tipping at the end.

We had a wonderful evening that exceeded our expectations in every way. Is a quiet evening for them, so 3 new hospitality students fed to serve us, looked around so well and tried so hard. The food was excellent with unexpected...Extras like freshly baked olive oil bread and raspberry sorbet. The pace of the courses was too important for a relaxed evening and a beautiful ambience with soft, inconspicuous music. Thanks, Ernest's and your students for an unforgettable dinner.

one of our best meals at Ernest. I started with a caesar that was much better than other businesses. we were served a garnel and scallop appetizer on a toast bit dry toast. I would like to know how they prepared it. the brot offer was a beautiful Brioche book with acidic cream and cut-off. I enjoyed the black bubble appetizer as well as the sous vide rack of lamb. it was perfectly cooked. the chocolate desserts were beautifully made. the food was kreatiw.

I am happy to say that investing with Kathy Lawrence, a top forex/binary trader, has been a great decision. I received my first payout of $500 and earned $6,200 in just 7 days. Working with her has been a fantastic experience and I highly recommend contacting her for investment opportunities. You can reach her via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 15129673449. If you're impatient or aren't forgiving towards students who are quite clearly trying to learn and improve, then stay away. Don't be mistaken by the culinary student underbelly, the food is fantastic and an easy recommendation.
