Escape Lounges The Centurion Studio Partner Bdl

We were guests of the Hartford Escape/Centurion Lounge at BDL Sunday Sep 10th 4 5pm. Our host (Dan? was outstanding friendly, efficient, customer focused and hustling to ensure as many guests were accommodated as possible, supplies were re filled and service was impeccable. It really was a terrific experience during an unusually busy time (hurricane, cancelled flights and harried travelers . He should be commended!

I visited 4pm Sunday September 10th and had a phenomenal experience.. The gentleman who checked us in... I believe his name is Dan? was amazing. Put us on a brief wait list, was so friendly, hustling to clear tables and get people in. Truly professional. The bartender was also a pleasure... Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

Last minute flight delay and the staff at the lounge was able to accommodate me- much appreciated! The host Jasmine was very helpful and explained the process to myself and many others all affected with travel delays. I will be back regularly in the future. Thanks, Mike

Very cute lounge. Ashley greeted me when I came in. She's very sweet. We chatted for a bit while she made my drink. Then I dined on a healthy breakfast as I waited for my flight. The area was cool in temp and clean. A nice place to wait before you board your flight!

Had the best experience will def be back when ever I have a flight . 10 out of 10 food was great , many options. The drinks were great and Ashley and her team were fantastic!! ? hope to see them again on my next experience. It’s definitely a pleasure
