Espana Dining has a lovely staff and attentive service, but unfortunately the food was disappointing—lacking authenticity. The soft drinks were flat and warm, and there was no wine available. The restaurant felt empty and lacked atmosphere. They need a new chef, an updated menu, better drinks, good music, improved marketing, and refreshed decor to truly shine.
