Ethiopien - Reserva de mesa

I continue my tour of African restaurants, after doing the kibo reindeer, here I am again in an African restaurant, this time Ethiopian! In fact, once again embarked by my African friends. But whatever! I'm always happy to discover dishes from another country. For the moment, the change is total, you eat with your hands! And in the same dish! (choose your friends who say so). And at the end, the result is rather positive, it was very good! Unknown flavors to my palace and an enchanted discovery of the Amharic language, this Chamito-Semi language is a little jewel! I thank my Ethiopian friends for having initiated me to their traditions.

Very good address!! An adventurous host, a warm and simple little restaurant. Take a meal for 3, in a large discovery dish with 4 menus of the collected map. Everything you need to eat with fingers or cutlery... a meal that ends with 3 satisfied guests having made the full of new flavors and spices. Very reasonable flat price coffee x3 € The hostess has the kindness to give us all the explanations we wish on the realization of the dishes that are made MAISON DE BOUT IN BOUT!!!

Nice! Injera is very well in texture and taste. we'd like a complete dish of wot miseir but the vegetarian discovery mix is already a treat. Try!
