I've never taken the time to write a review, but it's probably the best restaurant I've ever been to, all countries confused, hungry or not. already the atmosphere is casual in appearance, but professional and rigorous in reality, the perfect mix as a customer. Whether it's lunch for a business meal at a more affordable price for quality, or at night for a party, I've always been delighted, marvelled. Pay attention to what says if at the counter you try to pick a piece of cute net that stretches your arms, the lemaried chef at the Japanese stripe
This restaurant offers an incredible experience. A kitchen that takes risks, it is not an Asian inspiration but a real symbiosis. Intense flavors and a clean universe. To crown the whole, the service by the cooks and exchanges with the sommeliers allows to sublimate the different stages. Little bonus of the experience, a very oriented mood playlist that can not please, but which I liked very much. Overall, an experience that breaks codes and offers great things. If you are a curious or a culinary curious, don't hesitate.
An excellent starred restaurant that offers inventive Japanese-inspired cuisine based on sometimes amazing products. You must go for these culinary creations! For us it was a menu of nine dishes (and all the mignardises in addition), on the theme of the sea. The decor and service remain frustrated but of quality. We opted for the mets/vins agreement which allowed us to discover Italian and Greek wines really good with the comments of a rather experienced sommelier. A Rennais restaurant not to miss so
Address to discover! We were installed at the bar that allows us to see the work of the kitchen team, a comfortable place that allows us to understand the complexity of the tasted plates. The various services were very worked, tasted, elegant and particularly surprising. We loved our evening at the IMA. It is a real experience that deserves to take time and enjoy it in a small committee. Bravo to all the talented team (kitchen service), all were friends and good advice!
Five stars for a five star restaurant! It was a first experience for us, facing the furnaces, with these small portions full of flavors that we see being prepared, assembled... The team is attentive, welcoming! (Bémol on the first dessert that was very high! However, knowing that the chill is wrong, for another dish, the team had been careful to put only a small amount and that's great!
We have had a great time in this restaurant, the flavors are top, very well cooked, good atmosphere, short it is a star. I put only 3 stars because there is still a disappointment, we were still hungry when we left the restaurant and we are not fat eaters either, so for the price paid, I find that limit. Too bad.
An exceptional culinary journey...we spent an excellent time everything was perfect... an inventive and surprising cuisine, a choice of agreement of very bold wines, impeccable service... IMA is a pity, thanks to the chef and the whole team to make us live such experiences!
