Come here quite a lot with my family and have had no issues with any staff members except one on a few occasions now.There is this staff member who we kindly ask to cut our sushi after we’ve ordered and he refuses and tells us the kitchen has been cleaned. He really is just to lazy to wash a knife after he’s used it. The knife should be washed after every sushi has been cut anyway for OH&S reasons. But now I’ve had enough of this rude male staff member. Just recently when I ordered some sushi for my family and I we asked for it to be cut and he says “sorry kitchen it packed up, would you like chopsticks ?” I told him no why would I need chopsticks if my sushi isn’t cut up.I then mentioned th...
Always come here for a quick sushi roll on my way out the door of the shopping center. Quick, consistent and convenient... Aside from some language barriers I have watched when other customers order as they are ignoramuses' to different cultures, there is no issue here. The staff are polite, and friendly.Typically most of the sushi here is served in uncut easy to handle long rolls (not a handroll either). This is typical amongst most of these kinds of shopping mall, the have some cut roll choices as well as rice+meat cold salads, dimsims and sometimes depending on the time of day nigiri options.
I've only been here a few times as I was in a rush, and required something quick and easy for lunch. I tend to pass this on my way out as it is located right next to the big Woolworths in Robina Town Centre and before you exit to one of the main car parks. Whilst the sushi is quite cheap, I always feel a little unsure about the quality of the ingredients. The taste doesn't amaze either.

Went there just before they were closing and there was a sign 1.5$/each roll. I got 4 roles and paid 9.20$. That's not nice.
Worst customer service. Go To one of the many other places the sell sushi.
