Euskalduna Taberna

Tried this place tonight based on Tripadvisor reviews and we weren’t disappointed! We went in search of a local speciality, squid cooked in its own ink it was delicious, as were the green pimientos (tasty but not chilli hot), and the meatballs, and the Valserrano Rioja suggested by the barman, who gave us a taster first a helpful touch. Planning to return tomorrow. Lovely bar. with the bonus of being able to watch live La Liga football (silent, so not intrusive)!

Beautiful food. We took the Menu del Dia which was €15, the same price as most others, but the difference was clear. We had garbanzos and risotto with vegetables to start with. Then, merluza and chiperones as a second plate. They were all excellent.I'd love to return to Zarautz to try more of this menu, or even to eat the same food again!

We have used this restaurant for 15 years and it just gets better and better, fantastic food at a great price, with wonderful service and great staff, would highly recommend the pollo Amado, definitely my first destination when eating in zarautz

This is a great bar for drinks and pinxtos. They have a great selection of wines at good prices and that includes a pin to too. Service is good and friendly and we always stop here on visit to Zarautz.

Found this place through tripadvisor! From outside it does not look like the wonderful place it really is. The Nero do sepia risotto is amazing. Recommended!!
