We love everything about Every Fiber. It can get very busy during peak times, with good reason. The various coffee and tea beverages are excellent, as is the food. Though, as a Sussex County man, I usually stick with scrapple and eggs (with or without the sourdough toast, which is great), the menu has a lot of options, and it's nice to be able to get a restaurant-quality burger for lunch. You will leave stuffed and/or with leftovers. There are plenty of tables, and the lovingly crafted atmosphere in this historic building is just as conducive to working on a laptop for hours (which I have done) as it is to enjoying breakfast with friends and family.
Never knew of this place until my son and his girlfriend took me for my birthday to start my day! It was very impressive! Coffee was made with perfection and my breakfast sandwich was delicious. I would recommend this place to everyone!!
This place is a lil local gem. Typically I get a delicious hot latte and I have recently dabbled into their omelets. The service is always friendly and each item I have devoured has been made to perfection ????. Love this place.

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It has become my go-to spot for breakfast, although I have not yet tried their lunch menu.
Great place to have lunch or staff sessions. Service is always great and the food is freshly prepared and is delicious. Very recommended.
