After five years of dining here, I'm still getting used to the green noodles in jajangmyung! The food and service are both great. My only complaint is about their takeout decision; it seems like they might be taking it lightly. Just two weeks ago, I enjoyed jajangmyung Tongsu at the restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely the best around! However, when we ordered takeout last night, it was just okay. Everyone agreed that the Tongsu didn’t taste as fresh as when we ordered it in the restaurant. So, I highly recommend dining in rather than getting takeout, as the quality and flavor just don’t compare. Other than that, you won’t be disappointed eating here!
Was compelled to post after seeing some scathing reviews from people whose expectations for this type of cuisine (and order choices) were off the mark. Jjampong, jjajjangmyeon, buchu japchae, mandu (dumplings) are entry level dishes into Korean-Chinese cuisine that don’t ever disappoint. This restaurant isn’t known for their fried ricethey’re known for noodles. Don’t apply the typical order at a fast-casual Chinese American spot here. Fyi the noodles should be eaten right away and won’t reheat well the way pasta does (Fresh noodles usually don’t).
This is my favorite restaurant in town! I've been coming here for over ten years for the best Korean-Chinese comfort food. You must try the gan jjajang, jjamppong, and shrimp kkangpoongi. I also love the green noodles. However, I have to mention that the quality of the side dishes has noticeably declined over the years. I wouldn't recommend the small radish kimchi—it's quite disappointing.
I’m not sure if the ownership has changed, but the food has become terrible. The sweet and sour pork is overcooked to the point that it’s so hard it could break your teeth, and the fried rice is completely bland with no seasoning. The accompanying radish kimchi (Korean-style pickled radish) has a strong, strange smell. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

This is an outstanding Korean restaurant with an extensive menu featuring a wide variety of dishes, including noodles, soups, and rice dishes. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is quick and efficient. I had a fantastic experience overall, with excellent service throughout.
