Ex Machina Cafe - Reservar una mesa

I really enjoyed the vegan oatmeal breakfast with coconut milk, and apparently they fit the fruits on them every season. Also appreciated that you can choose your preferred brewing method for your coffee (Aeropress, v60, etc.). It was sunny when I left and there were a lot of outdoor seating available. Given the few good options for vegans in Nyon, I was happy with this finding for a morning coffee or afternoon break.

During our visit at the "Ex Machina Café" there were not many people there. The staff was really friendly and our order was served quickly. The cafe has a pretty terrace. The cake and salad as well the coffee were delicious!

Il proposait ce jour un gâteau de banane muffin végétalien avec du cacao, c'était super bon et avec cela j'ai pris un match latte avec du lait d'amande (pas de lait de soja) super goût et qualité impeccable!

He was proposing a vegetable muffin banana cake with cocoa, it was great and with that I took a latte match with almond milk (no soy milk) super taste and impeccable quality!

A great place to meet for business or pleasure and enjoy some good coffee in a pleasant and relaxing environment. We did not stay for lunch but it looked wholesome and fresh.
