I had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop! The coffee is excellent, and the business is top-notch. The customer service is outstanding. My first review was an unfair one-star rating, which I regret giving. It was due to shipping issues with USPS related to Covid, and I didn't receive my coffee on time, despite receiving a notification from Fair Mountain that it had been roasted and shipped. After my negative review, I was met with backlash, but the owner reached out to me immediately, genuinely concerned about my feedback regarding my small order. It truly felt like I was dealing with real, caring people who value their customers. This level of attention and service is rare these days...
Where do I began. The place it's a must stop if you just simply enjoy a cup of coffee or if you want to learn more about the process. The coffee taste is superb and the process used for every single type of coffee is unique for that coffee to bring out the different flavor tones. Stop by and have a cup of coffee, purchase a pound of your favorite grind, or learn about the calculus and science used in the process. RECOMMENDED!
I bet that best restaurants in the area buy their coffee from Fair Mountain Coffee Co. These guys live and breathe coffee. Beans from all the major coffee producing countries are roasted to perfection in this little store that has a distinct industrial ambience juxtaposed with the heavenly aroma of roasting coffee beans. You could spend a morning sampling and talking coffee with the enthusiastic owners.
I order coffee beans online from here almost once a month. I've bought a total of 8 bags so far, and none of them have disappointed me. I highly recommend. Just fantastic!!!Packaging, shipping, freshly roasted, quality, and taste are all amazing! They have more options than other roasteries, so I'll order all of their beans at once.

This is the best coffee we've had along the Jersey Shore! We enjoyed a couple of cups made with love and even picked up a few bags of coffee beans to bring home.
The coffee here is incredible, and I particularly enjoy the cold brew! The owner is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is both enjoyable and cozy.
Just discovered my next coffee haunt! Such a special place, absolutely delicious coffee, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Simply the best.
