This is a wonderful place to visit while shopping. My group of five had lunch/breakfast here and we were fortunate enough to sit at a table outside. All of our orders were delicious! I especially loved my breakfast panini, it's my new favorite. The cookies were also incredibly indulgent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience while visiting family in the area.
The staff is very pleasant, the food is delicious, and the location is adorable! I recently moved to this area and already feel lucky to have a place like this close by. The guinea fowls and chickens nearby are entertaining to watch as well.
I went to Fair Oaks Coffee House with some girlfriends. It was a really cute intimate atmosphere. I ordered the Big Turkey Panini sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. We will be coming here again!

Favorite stop in downtown Fair Oaks. Great for coffee or pastries. Also love the deli style sandwiches at lunch. Nice outdoor seating area too!
