with the experience from South Tyrolean children's hotels we were very disappointed quickly. the room or appartment (2 room) has already come into the years and not very harmonious. naja, this is also tasteful but certainly not planned by an interior architect. also the bets are bad. my partner and I both had back pain on the first morning. the hotellist is a grace for all guests. the food was very good and varied. the whole staff is very friendly and accommodating. the service in all areas was excellent. for children this hotel is a paradise. they can move freely without having fear that they may disturb someone. also the support by the animations team contributes a lot to that the parents can recover. also the swimming pool is great and you really let go.Wlan doesn't work very well. it has a small shopping passage and a separate restaurant. the hotel is absolutely child-friendly. there are many great indoor and outdoor activities. childcare is good. the personal is very friendly. our children felt very comfortable!!!Negative:The ventilation in the restaurant! clothes smells after every food.The eating is unfortunately only average.
