I absolutely adore Famous New York Pizza – it's one of my top pizza places in all of NYC, and I've tried many. The pizza is incredibly tasty, with the perfect balance of cheese and soft crust – just the way I love it. The staff at Famous NY Pizza are always friendly, and I never have to wait long for my order. The prices are very reasonable, and I'm consistently pleased with the quality. I highly recommend this spot to everyone – you won't be disappointed!
Or ordered from here several times and the girl who answers the phone could care less about customer service. She has given the driver the wrong address each time I've ordered so instead of waiting 40 minutes I've waited 1hr to 1hr a half for my foot to arrive. I've called to speak to the manager but he doesn't care either. I stopped ordering from them...they aren't the only pizzeria around....
The food takes an incredibly long time to arrive, and when I ordered garlic knots, they didn't include the marinara sauce that is supposed to come with them. They wanted to charge me an extra 50 cents for it! At every other pizzeria I've been to, they just give it to me for free. It's really unreasonable.

Amazing staff every time I call for delivery they are very kind. Their food is amazing and always fresh and the delivery time is accurate. I highly recommend this place of business.
The service was slow and the pricing was somewhat unusual, but the pizza was fantastic. That said, charging $3 for the quality of the mushrooms on the pizza felt a bit high.
