This was my third time dining at Fan Chinese Cuisine, and their Szechuan dishes continue to impress. If you love bold, spicy flavors, this is the place for you—authentic Szechuan heat at its best! We sampled the chili sauce noodles, Mapo Tofu, shredded pork with smoked bean curd, and both vegetable and soup dumplings. The Mapo Tofu was exceptional, and the shredded pork with smoked beans did not disappoint. We preferred the vegetable dumplings over the soup dumplings, especially since we’re big fans of Nan Xian Long Bao in Flushing. It’s wonderful to have such delicious food available so close to home!
Third time eating here. Very good Szechuan food. Be prepared for spice spice spice; as is Szechuan cuisine! We’ve had noodles in chili sauce, mapo tofu, shredded pork with smoked bean curd and both vegetable dumplings and soup dumplings. The mapo wasexcellent as well as the shredded pork with smoked bean curd. We preferred the vegetable dumplings over the soup dumplings as weare fans of Nan Xian Long Bao dumpling house in Flushing. It was nice to find this excellent cuisine closer to home.
Hmm, sort of a hidden gem. It?s not easy to find mala dry pot on Long Island, so I was so surprised when I came across this restaurant. Food is great, portion sizes are nice, and prices are worth it. I?m a vegetarian and they were able to accommodate my dietary needs by customizing dishes. I highly recommend the following dishes: 1. Sauteed Potato, Green Pepper and Eggplant 2. Stir Fried String Beans 3. Mala Dry Pot
Since COVID-19, many new restaurants have popped up. The staff at Fan Chinese Cuisine are friendly, but the food quality leaves something to be desired. Additionally, the drinks were served without being filled to the brim. Overall, it’s not bad, but definitely just average.

This is the best Chinese food I've ever tasted! Authentic, flavorful, and bursting with spice. Unlike the usual Americanized versions, this is genuine Chinese cuisine. You absolutely have to try it—you won’t be disappointed!
Honestly since COVID19, lot of restaurants have had there issues. People are great atmosphere was great. But food lacking in quality. Drinks were not completely full upon ordered. Overall not bad, but definitely it okay
Recommended Chinese restaurant in Long Island with decent taste and nice price. Used to provide barbecue menu but not any more. Sadly they also do not have bubble tea and any other Chinese drink recently.
The most delicious Chinese food. Original, authentic and spicy. This is not your usual Americanized Chinese food. This is the real thing baby! Go there, you will be glad you did
