Been frequenting this location for years and sadly their quality and particularly their customer service has declined drastically under their manager Lucy. Had the chance to speak with her today over an incorrect order and it was like pulling teeth. What happened to customer service and the philosophy that the customer is always right? There is no compromise with her and she not only argued with me to receive my new order but also was petty enough to toss my original order when I said I would give the original to my dog. The farmer boys burger is $20+ dollars if you ad burger and fries combo. Which was a tad more than I was expecting to pay. That being Said, it was delicious and the best burger and be had in a while. My friend, an in and out loyalist was converted to farmer boys. It is delicious. Fries were delicious. He avocato tasted super fresh and the bacon was crunchy in all the right places. 100% I'll eat here again. Ok. Where to start. First time at a Famer boys and wasn't impressed. 3 Adults and 2 kids for lunch cost $103 dollars. I didn't have a burger which I know they're famous for but my turkey melt was thin and just so so. None of us particularly cared for our meals and the price made it even harder to swallow. Staff members were very friendly and curious. 5 stars for them.. Saying goodbye as we walked out. If only the food was as good as they were.

This particular location was always kind of pricey, but it is crazy expensive now. You're gonna be looking at an average of $15 per person now. I used to order the bacon turkey melt and make it a combo. The bacon turkey melt sandwich itself is now over $12 and if you want fries and a drink it's about an additional $6.50.
It was very empty and dead when I went. Prices are crazy now, but I grew up loving the food, and it's still soooo much better than other fast food. After I ate it, I felt good, not sick like other junk. Made it worth it for sure.
The place is nicely decorated. The customer service is very good ?. Their hot ? food is served hot and their cold meals are served cold. It's a nice place to have a meal either by yourself or with others. I recommend this place.
$7 dollars extra for small fries. And $21 dollars total for a double cheeseburger combo is absurd. Never coming here again.
