Very disappointed over this. Lunch was okay but found plates to be cool which meant the food therefore cooled rapidly before finishing. Whilst this possibly should have mentioned before, being in the company of others, it was not appropriate, so it was decided to reduce...the level of the gratuity along with a quiet word at the end of the meal. However, when requesting the bill, it was noted the discretionary charge had automatically been added. On asking for this charge to be removed, as it was discretionary, I found myself being challenged, then reprimanded by the manager, leaving me feeling annoyed and embarrassed. The term ‘discretionary’ is defined as a ‘choice’ on behalf of an individual (in this case the customer) and should NOT be regarded as a mandatory payment. (If you want to increase revenue increase your prices Secondly NEVER challenge customers in this manner, it is distasteful and rude!

We ordered the plant based Bolognese and it what came was a plate of overcooked pasta with a tiny bit of veggies and some tomato sauce not sure what the bolognese element was meant to be (I was expecting some sort of quorn or...mushroom base). Not only was it extremely bland but each plate was an extortionate Would never go again or recommend.

Amazing food, the best tiramisu I’ve had in my life. And the service from Enrico couldn’t be faulted, he made the experience personal and time I needed anything he was there immediately. Absolutely brilliant experience thank you Enrico

This an amazing place, my second visit to this location. Amazing service, food tasty, can’t fault. If your are visiting Bicester Village then if feeling hungry, this the place.

Quick service in a pleasant setting, quality food on a download menu, service charge included made it very expensive for what it offered.
