Coming from Basel, the Farnsburg restaurant is located at the entrance to the “Stedtli” Liestal. The dining room is modern and comfortably furnished. You immediately feel welcome and the service is always very friendly. The menu offering is varied and the portions represent a good price/performance ratio. My personal favorites are the pizzas, but also the various cordon bleu variants, which are excellently filled from the first to the last bite, but of course a fine piece of meat on the hot stone is definitely recommended. I have enjoyed visiting the Farnsburg for many years, and I also really like the consistent consistency in terms of quality. And at the end, for me a quality badge for eve...
Visited twice in two days, the first time with two people, the second time with six work colleagues. Absolutely thrilled with the price performance ratio. Brilliant service from the owner Erdal Koyuncuer that's love for gastronomy! It's nice that there is still such a well kept restaurant in Liestal where guests can feel comfortable and all their wishes are taken into account. Super cozy, great selection and perfect ambience after a busy day.
Yesterday afternoon we spontaneously visited this cozy, unique restaurant. The kitchen was actually closed and the staff had the day off. The landlord gave us a very warm welcome and served us a delicious fitness plate with chicken and drinks. We were completely surprised by so much hospitality and trust. My guest from Basel has never experienced anything like this. This restaurant has at least deserved!!! Thanks Erdal
More bad than good... Staff not very friendly, pizza was ok. A mixed salad as a starter costs Fr. 13.—. This consisted mostly of green salad with a nice black hair on the side.... Sorry, but we won't go there anymore.

My husband and I had dinner there, it was our second time there and we got a seat both times. Great service, everything was quick I can highly recommend this restaurant.
I spontaneously enjoyed my lunch here today. The fish was very good. The staff was also attentive. No wonder there were no more free seats shortly after 12:00.
Renovated place. All looks new and clean. Very good service. Limited choice at lunch with about 6 menus to choose from including soup or salad and dessert.
Very nicely decorated restaurant, polite, courteous staff. Overall at a high level. The food was just very tasty. I'm looking forward to the next visit

Very courteous staff. Large menu. Beautiful, elegant restaurant with a large terrace and garden restaurant. Excellent cuisine. We recommend.
