I visit this restaurant quite often and usually have a great experience, with quick service and fresh, delicious food. However, tonight was a bit different. My girlfriend picked up a burrito for me, and it was poorly assembled—there was too much plain rice and bread. That said, this was the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. I called to let the staff know about the problem, and they resolved it so quickly that I didn't even have time to feel frustrated. In summary, I eat here regularly and had one bad experience, but the swift resolution impressed me even more and left me satisfied with the service. Mistakes happen, but you can count on them to make things right.
I visited this restaurant during my lunch break, and if I return, I’ll definitely order in advance since I only have half an hour. Trying to eat tacos while typing is a bit of a challenge! The food is excellent, and the tacos are generously filled. For value, I recommend coming here instead of Quesada. The staff were also very pleasant and friendly. However, I’m giving this review 4 stars for one reason: with the masks, Plexiglas shields, and really loud music, I had difficulty hearing what the staff were saying. It might be worth considering lowering the volume of the music to better accommodate customers with hearing difficulties.
I've dined here a few times, and it's definitely one of the best spots to grab a bite while passing through the Kawarthas. On my latest visit, I tried the bean burrito without the cheese, and it was still delicious. Not surprisingly, the burritos are quite large, and I opted for the small size this time, which is still plenty for most people. I highly recommend this place if you find yourself in the area.
The staff are well trained and friendly, always pleasant. The food has never disappointed me and has earned a place as my favourite favourite fast food restaurants to eat at in Lindsay. Definitely worth a try! They have quite the selection as well. Not just burritos! Reserva una mesa ahora
